Terms of Service

By accessing or using proxycheck.live ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and proxycheck.live. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Permitted Use

You may use proxycheck.live to test proxies that you own or have explicit permission to test. Acceptable uses include:

• Testing your own proxy infrastructure
• Validating proxies purchased from legitimate providers
• Security research on systems you own or are authorized to test
• Development and testing of proxy-reliant applications

3. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use the Service to:

• Test proxies for illegal activities (fraud, spam, DDoS, credential stuffing)
• Circumvent access controls on systems without authorization
• Scrape, abuse, or overwhelm the Service with automated requests beyond plan limits
• Resell API access or results without written permission
• Impersonate another user or gain unauthorized account access

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans (Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if the Service failed to function as described.

6. Free Plan Limits

The Free plan is subject to rate limits (50 proxies/check, 5 checks/hour, 10 threads). We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with 7 days' notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from Service downtime.

8. Intellectual Property

All code, design, and content on proxycheck.live is owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that proxy check results are 100% accurate, as network conditions vary. Results are provided for informational purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, proxycheck.live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or data loss.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where proxycheck.live operates.
