Account Data: When you register, we collect your email address and a hashed password (we never store plain-text passwords). If you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your name and email from Google.
Usage Data: We log basic request metadata (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and analytics purposes. This data is retained for up to 30 days.
Payment Data: Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number - only a Stripe customer ID and your plan status.
Your proxy lists are never saved. When you submit proxies for checking, they are processed in server memory and immediately discarded after results are returned to you. We do not log, store, sell, or analyze your proxy data in any form.
We use minimal cookies: a session token (JWT) stored in localStorage for authentication, and an optional theme preference cookie. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.
We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. API keys are hashed and never shown in full after creation. We conduct regular security reviews.
proxycheck.live is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll notify registered users via email of significant changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
